Using the Command Palette for Quick Navigation

What Is the Command Palette?

The Command Palette is a quick-access search bar that lets you jump to any page, contact, deal, or action in KeenCRM without clicking through menus.

How to Open It

Press Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+K (Mac) from anywhere in KeenCRM.

What You Can Do

1. Navigate to pages: Type "Contacts", "Pipeline", "Invoices" to jump directly to that module
2. Search records: Type a contact name, deal title, or company name to find it instantly
3. Quick actions: Type "Create Contact" or "Add Deal" to start creating a new record

Tips

• The Command Palette searches across ALL modules simultaneously
• Results update as you type — just start typing and the best matches appear
• Press Enter on a result to navigate directly to it
• Press Escape to close the palette

When to Use It

• You're on the Dashboard and need to quickly find a specific contact
• You want to jump to the Commissions page without clicking through the sidebar
• You're in a meeting and need to look up a deal value quickly
