Welcome to KeenCRM!
KeenCRM is a powerful, Vietnam-first CRM designed to help businesses manage contacts, leads, deals, invoices, events, and more — all from a single, beautiful dashboard.
Step 1: Navigate the Dashboard
After logging in, you'll see the Dashboard — your command center. It shows key metrics like total revenue, active deals, new leads, and task reminders. Use the sidebar to navigate to different modules.
Step 2: Add Your First Contact
Go to Contacts → Click "Add Contact" → Fill in their name, email, phone, and company. Contacts are the foundation of everything in KeenCRM.
Step 3: Create a Lead
Navigate to Leads → Click "New Lead". Assign a source, status, and expected value. When a lead converts, it automatically creates a contact and deal.
Step 4: Build Your Pipeline
The Pipeline view shows your deals in a Kanban board. Drag cards between stages (Prospecting → Qualifying → Proposal → Negotiation → Won/Lost). Each card shows the deal value, owner, and priority.
Step 5: Send Your First Quote
From any deal, click "Create Quote" to build a professional PDF quote with your products, pricing, tax, and terms. Share it with customers via a public link.
