Lead Lifecycle

KeenCRM manages the full lead lifecycle from capture to conversion.

Creating Leads

Go to Leads → New Lead. Enter contact details, source (website, referral, event, etc.), expected value, and notes. Leads can be assigned to specific team members.

Lead Statuses

  • New — Just created, not yet contacted
  • Contacted — First outreach made
  • Qualified — Confirmed as a real opportunity
  • Unqualified — Doesn't meet criteria
  • Converted — Successfully converted to a deal

Converting a Lead

When a lead is ready, click "Convert". This automatically:

  • Creates a Contact (if not already existing)
  • Creates a Deal in the pipeline
  • Archives the lead record

Lead Intelligence

KeenCRM tracks Lead Age (days since creation) and Time to Convert, helping you identify bottlenecks in your sales process.
