Lead Lifecycle
KeenCRM manages the full lead lifecycle from capture to conversion.
Creating Leads
Go to Leads → New Lead. Enter contact details, source (website, referral, event, etc.), expected value, and notes. Leads can be assigned to specific team members.
Lead Statuses
- New — Just created, not yet contacted
- Contacted — First outreach made
- Qualified — Confirmed as a real opportunity
- Unqualified — Doesn't meet criteria
- Converted — Successfully converted to a deal
Converting a Lead
When a lead is ready, click "Convert". This automatically:
- Creates a Contact (if not already existing)
- Creates a Deal in the pipeline
- Archives the lead record
Lead Intelligence
KeenCRM tracks Lead Age (days since creation) and Time to Convert, helping you identify bottlenecks in your sales process.
