Common Issues & Solutions

"Something went wrong" Error

Cause: A server-side error occurred.

Solution:

  1. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
  2. If the error persists, clear your browser cache
  3. Try logging out and back in
  4. If still failing, create a support ticket

Page Shows Blank or Loading Forever

Cause: The page failed to load data.

Solution:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
  3. Clear browser cache and cookies for the site
  4. Try a different browser

"Unauthorized" or Redirected to Login

Cause: Your session has expired.

Solution:

  1. Log in again with your credentials
  2. If you keep getting logged out, check if cookies are enabled
  3. Ensure your account hasn't been deactivated

Can't Save / Edit a Record

Cause: Missing permissions or validation error.

Solution:

  1. Check if your role has "Update" permission for that module
  2. Look for red validation messages on the form fields
  3. Ensure all required fields are filled in
  4. Check if another user is editing the same record

Export Not Working

Cause: No data in the current view, or browser blocking download.

Solution:

  1. Ensure there is data in the current view (check filters)
  2. Check your browser's download settings
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Allow pop-ups for the KeenCRM domain

Numbers/Currency Displaying Incorrectly

Cause: Locale or formatting issue.

Solution:

  1. Check your language setting (EN vs VI affects number formatting)
  2. VND uses dots as thousand separators (e.g., 57.000.000)
  3. USD uses commas (e.g., 57,000,000)

  • Steps to reproduce the issue

  • Your browser and operating system
