Visual Deal Pipeline

The Pipeline is KeenCRM's flagship feature — a visual Kanban board where you drag-and-drop deals through your sales process.

Pipeline Stages

  • Prospecting — Initial identification of potential deals
  • Qualifying — Evaluating fit and budget
  • Proposal — Quote or proposal sent
  • Negotiation — Terms being discussed
  • Won — Deal closed successfully
  • Lost — Deal didn't close

Deal Cards

Each card shows: deal name, value, owner avatar, priority star rating, tags, and quick-action icons for calling or emailing. Won deals show a checkmark; lost deals show an X.

Filtering & Grouping

Filter deals by owner, priority, value range, or tags. Group by owner or priority to organize your view. Use the search bar to quickly find specific deals.

Creating Deals

Click "+ New Deal" or drag from the pipeline header. Enter deal name, expected value, probability, contact, and expected close date.
