Team & Permission Management
Adding Team Members
Go to Settings → Team → Click "Invite". Enter their email and select a role. They'll receive an invitation to join your KeenCRM workspace.
Roles & Permissions (RBAC)
KeenCRM uses Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with granular permissions:
- Admin — Full access to all modules and settings
- Manager — Access to CRM, sales, and team oversight
- Sales Rep — Access to contacts, leads, pipeline, and quotes
- Viewer — Read-only access to assigned modules
Field-Level Security
Sensitive fields (like revenue or commission rates) can be masked based on user roles. Users without permission see masked values instead of actual data.
Module Permissions
Each module (Contacts, Leads, Invoices, etc.) has separate create, read, update, and delete permissions. Customize these per role to match your business needs.
