Multi-Language Support (English & Vietnamese)

Overview

KeenCRM is fully available in both English and Vietnamese. Every label, button, message, and notification is translated.

Switching Languages

  1. Click the globe icon (🌐) in the top-right corner of any page
  2. Select your preferred language: EN (English) or VI (Tiếng Việt)
  3. The page immediately switches to the selected language

What Changes

When you switch languages:

  • All navigation labels and buttons change
  • Form labels and placeholders change
  • Error messages and success notifications change
  • Date and number formatting adjusts (VN uses dd/mm/yyyy, dots for thousands)
  • Help articles and chatbot responses are in your selected language

What Doesn't Change

  • Your data content (contact names, deal titles, notes) remains as you entered it
  • Code and technical identifiers stay in English
  • Email addresses and phone numbers are language-independent

Chatbot Language

The support chatbot automatically responds in the language of your current KeenCRM session. If you're using Vietnamese, the chatbot responds in Vietnamese.

Tips

  • You can switch languages at any time without losing data
  • Both languages have 100% translation coverage
  • Vietnamese number formatting uses dots (57.000.000) while English uses commas (57,000,000)
