Products & Product Catalog

Overview

The Product Catalog is your central repository for all products and services you sell. Products are used across quotes, invoices, orders, and contracts.

Adding Products

  1. Go to Products in the sidebar under Sales
  2. Click "Add Product"
  3. Fill in: name, SKU, description, unit price, currency
  4. Optionally add: category, unit type (piece, hour, kg, etc.), tax rate
  5. Save the product

Using Products

Once added to the catalog, products can be:

  • Added to quotes: Select products when creating line items
  • Added to invoices: Pull from the catalog for accurate pricing
  • Added to orders: Include in orders from the product list
  • Added to event booths: Price event booth packages

Product Details

  • Name: Product or service name
  • SKU: Unique stock-keeping unit code
  • Unit price: Default selling price
  • Currency: VND or other supported currencies
  • Description: Detailed product description
  • Active/Inactive: Toggle product availability
