Overview

The Settings page lets you configure your KeenCRM workspace to match your business needs.

Accessing Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar to access all configuration options.

Available Settings

Company Profile

  • Update your company name, logo, and contact information
  • This information appears on quotes, invoices, and contracts

Branding & Customization

  • Upload your company logo
  • Customize the color scheme
  • Set your preferred currency and date format
  • Configure invoice templates

Pipeline Configuration

  • Create multiple sales pipelines for different sales processes
  • Add, rename, reorder, and color-code pipeline stages
  • Set "won" and "lost" stages for automatic deal tracking

Custom Fields

  • Add custom fields to contacts, companies, deals, and other entities
  • Field types: Text, Number, Date, Dropdown, Checkbox, URL, Email, Phone
  • Custom fields appear on entity forms and detail pages

User Roles & Permissions

  • Define roles with specific permissions (read, create, update, delete)
  • Set data access levels: Own (see only your data), Team, All
  • Assign roles to team members

Integrations

  • Connect external services and APIs
  • Configure webhook endpoints
  • Manage API keys

Notifications

  • Configure email notification preferences
  • Set up activity reminders
