Troubleshooting: Password Reset & Account Access

Forgot Your Password?

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Navigate to your KeenCRM login URL (e.g., app.keencrm.app)

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"

Below the password field, click the "Forgot Password" link.

Step 3: Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your KeenCRM account.

Step 4: Check Your Email

Look for a password reset email from KeenCRM. Click the reset link in the email.

Step 5: Set a New Password

Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

Can't Access Your Account?

Your Account Might Be Deactivated

If your admin has deactivated your account, you won't be able to log in. Contact your KeenCRM administrator.

Wrong Email Address

Make sure you're using the exact email your admin used to create your account. Check with your admin if unsure.

Browser Issues

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere
  • Try an incognito/private window
  • Try a different browser
